The Terry Fox Run: Fred Fox is Terry Fox's brother. He joins me on the line from Brampton, Ontario.

CROSSTALK: Why do you support the Terry Fox run and who do you do it for? The Terry Fox run will be held at more than 40 sites throughout the province. 

In our Corner Brook studio is Mervin Dean who organizes the run there. 

George Power (a survivor of colon cancer) and his wife Trudy Murray who has (breast cancer)- both volunteer at and participate in the St. John's Run.

Jenna Maloney, 11-year-old singer-songwriter. Every year, she records 5 songs and sends them to all donors as a thank you. Using social media such as Facebook and Twitter through her parent's accounts, she asks family and friends to donate and share her online fundraising site.
