On Radio Noon's Crosstalk on Monday, we're looking for your picks for the ideal kitchen gadget or utensil. What's the tool or item that you'd recommend to anyone? 

Our guests are Jeremy Charles and Todd Perrin, two acclaimed chefs who have helped put the local food scene on the national map. 

Guest host John Gushue is bringing along his: a plastic mold that makes perfectly round spheres of ice, which are great for keeping drinks cold without diluting them.

A home-grown food app that is trying to get off the ground ... and soaring.  It's called the Forgetful Chef - and there's a catch. It doesn't exist yet. I spoke with Chris Da Sie, one of the people behind it, earlier in Studio A.
