Changes at Canada Post

People in the St. John's area are getting notices from Canada Post saying that the mail may be delivered at different times than people are used to.  It's part of the restructuring taking place at Canada Post.  The union representing postal workers says it goes much further than that - that the crown corporation is cutting jobs as well.  Craig Dyer is the chief shop steward with the Canadian Union of Postal Employees, local 1-2-6.  He spoke with Ramona Dearing
