Finding local seafood

Stewart Wadden is a chef based in New York, but he spends his summers here in Nfld and Labrador - In Trouty, in Trinity Bight.  He gives cooking classes, including one specializing in fish and shellfish.  But there's a problem.  He's passionate about using local foods - but getting local fish is a struggle.  Stuart joins Ramona in studio.
