A family in Outer Cove says they owe their lives to a neighbour's dog.  Their garage caught fire early Sunday morning.  Lisa Phillippe, her husband and two children were sleeping and had no idea what was happening.  But luckily - Bailey - the Lab in a nearby home was on the alert.  Lisa Phillippe joined Maggie Gillis with the story.

New Tattoo Regulations: There are tighter regulations coming for the tattooing industry.  It's part of new government legislation to regulate personal services - including tattooing, piercings and indoor tanning.  Dave Munro is a tattoo artist and owner of Trouble Bound Studio in St. John's.  He's been calling for stronger oversight of his industry.
