The debate over Muskrat Falls heats up in Nova Scotia. Nova Scotia is proposing to spend one point five billion dollars on a Maritime Link. But their provincially-appointed consumer advocate and small-business advocates say that the Maritime Link is not the lowest-cost alternative. This prompted a lively exchange in yesterday's question period.
