Wildlife officers shot and killed a polar bear on the Northern Peninsula. The bear tried to get into at least four homes in Goose Cove, just south of St. Anthony. It busted windows and forced open a door. Its last stop was at the home of Michael and Jill Sexton. It was a morning that Michael Sexton will never forget.
