CROSSTALK: A new study from the Ontario think-tank, the Mowat Centre, is calling for a major overhaul of the EI system. It says it's not fair that some workers draw fewer weeks of benefits than others, or have to work more hours to qualify. Centre director Matthew Mendelsohn is Ramona's guest.
