A moon mission... in Labrador. A group of scientists from the University of Western Ontario just wrapped up a simulated moon mission. Part of the work was carried out at the Mistastin Crater in Northern Labrador. It was formed by a metorite strike about thirty million years ago. It's very much like the surface of the moon. Gordon Osinski is with the Centre of Planetary Science and Exploration at Western. This summer he led the project.
