Transportation Safety Board

The Transportation Safety Board says it wants more action from Transport Canada and other aviation authorities to make sure Sikorksy S-92As are safe.
The TSB has done a review of progress on the recommendations it made in the wake of the Cougar Helicopter Crash in 2009.
The crash killed seventeen people. Transport Canada has agreed to follow the recommendations. But the TSB says it wants action.
