Last week, we told you about a report from the group, Charity Intelligience, on cancer fundraising. The group takes a closer look at how charitable donations are used.
And when it comes to cancer, they found that some of the deadliest cancers--such as lung and colorectal cancer get the least amount of charitable research money.
While some of the more survivable cancers--such as breast cancer get far more research dollars.
Dr. David Saltman is the chair of oncology at Memorial University, and on staff at the H. Bliss Murphy cancer centre.
