Blanche Lacey is turning 104 years old today

and the town of Grand Falls-Windsor is giving her a special gift. She’s one of three pioneer citizens who is having a street named after her…and she’s the only one of the three who is still around. Blanche Lacey lived in her own apartment until she was 99, but is now a resident of Carmelite House. Blanche Lacey.jpgOur own Caroline Hillier dropped by there to get her story.
