Bitumen Bubble Warnings Missed
When Premier Alison Redford foreshadowed looming budget trouble, she blamed the "bitumen bubble." Some Albertans have heard it all before. The Calgary Herald's Stephen Ewart told Portia Clark that warnings about the bubble go back to the '90s.
