Summer ingredients: Radishes
Radish Salad from Chef Doreen Prei
3 bunches mixed radishes (if possible), finely sliced
1 cucumber finely sliced (skin on or off, your choice)
2 table spoons sour cream mixed with 1/2 tablespoon cold-pressed canola oil
Lemon juice to taste
Fresh chopped Dill and Chives
Mix radishes, cucumber and sour cream-oil mixture together. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix in the chopped herbs. This is delicious with any fish dish and roasted potatoes.
