Your BBQ Tips

Aaron texted this recipe: BBQ beans indirect heat (smoked with hickory chips) for four hours in my charcoal grill in Ettiene, my cast iron pot. I start by frying bacon extra crispy, then saute my veggies in the bacon grease. I use red chili beans (not kidney beans!) soaked overnight & boiled with home made veggie broth. I also home make my BBQ sauce, mix it all together (crumbled bacon included), then off to the grill. Well worth the wait.
Amir Shami: I usually marinate my BBQ chicken or meat in Persian Saffron and lime juice, It is awesome, try it, you won't regret it.
BBQ sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup
I like spicy and tangy: red wine vinegar, grainy mustard, worchestershire, schriracha, garlic and a bit of honey for balance
Marinade: soy sauce, pineapple juice and hoy sin sauce
