On this edition of The Signal, an epic concert from the 2011 Winnipeg New Music Festival. You'll hear world premieres from Sid Rabinovitch and Gary Kulesha. Rabinovitch composed his Raggabaloo especially for the Festival's 20th anniversary celebration, and Gary Kulesh'as work The Confusion of Tongues features two conductors leading the Winnipeg Wind Ensemble and the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra Winds and Brass. Finally, the concert moves to the truly large Circus Maximus. That's the name of John Corigliano's Symphony No. 3 - a piece that has the WSO's Winds and Brass and the University of Manitoba's Wind Ensemble encircling the audience at every conceivable corner.

Duration: 1:59:50
