All Tchaikovsky - all night!

Alexander Mickelthwate conducts the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra in their last masterworks concert of the season. The soloist is Brandon-raised violinist James Ehnes in the Tchaikovsky concerto. Ehnes, who has won Grammy, Juno and Gramophone awards, is an elegant, expressive player with a refined, beautiful tone, and he's always worth hearing.

The orchestra also performs Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 5
