Living in Quebec for the past decade, this virtuoso of the kora (traditional 21-string African harp) has played with numerous local performers, including the Diouf brothers, Richard Séguin, Mônica Freire, Corneille, the Montreal Jubilation Gospel Choir and Cirque du Soleil.

As part of the Mundo Montreal concert series, CBC Radio 2 invited kora master Zal Idrissa Sissokho to perform in an intimate concert, with esteemed collaborators who team up with him for a few pieces: Caracol, Musa Dieng Kala, Charles Dubé, Aboulaye Koné, Guy Pelletier and Mohamed N'Diaye.
