This week on our season debut, we brought you the stories of two women, Beth Daley Ullem and Kate- Austin Rivas. Both women had newborn babies who died shortly after birth. In this extended interview, Kate and her husband Didier give a full account of what happened the day their daughter Ireland was born and why they believe her death could have been avoided. The family eventually received an apology from the hospital -- one they say was essential to their healing.
