The job market has never been tougher for young people. Every day the news is full of stories about highly educated millennials struggling to find work. However, one industry that is booming is Jazz.

In this documentary we visit McMiller College in Niagara Falls and learn about their approach to helping young people find meaningful work.

"Jazz is the most stable industry in in the country," says McMiller dean Jason Jorgens. "Students who go through our Jazz program are pretty much guaranteed to find a job."
