Guerrilla urbanists like Michele Rich, engage in temporary, bottom-up activities designed to improve urban life, from planting gardens in abandoned lots, to painting their own crosswalks. Urban planner, Robert Voigt, thinks urban planners and guerrilla urbanists can work together, but there are limits to how far the "guerrilla" approach should go.
