Vancouver actress Diana Bang is best known for her role in Seth Rogen's The Interview from a few years ago, when she played a North Korean official in the controversial comedy.

She has always looked to her background in sketch comedy to ground her acting roles, but in her latest film, Entanglement, Diana faces the challenge of portraying a character that's a lot more nuanced. Today, Diana Bang talks about that balancing act and why she's finding the funny in much more serious works now.
