Marianna
Simeone began her career in international trade and foreign affairs,
heading Canada's largest bilateral trade association.
For several years she hosted her own current affairs television show in Italian for CH Montreal called 7 Giorni before moving to CBC as a panelist on CBC Newsworld’s Au Courant.
She was also a guest host on CBC Radio’s Homerun and CBC News at Six until she began her present role as City Columnist.
