Wrapping up the Political Panel

The National Assembly's not even in session, and already there's much afoot. Here to make sense of it all are the two gentlemen whose sole purpose is to enlighten: Gilbert Lavoie, political columnist for Le Soleil newspaper and Rhéal Seguin is Quebec City bureau chief for the Globe and Mail.
