Internet access on the Lower North Shore
Tuesday's federal budget will include money to extend or improve high-speed internet access to 280,000 households and businesses in rural and remote areas, the CBC's Alison Crawford reported over the weekend. But will it make a difference for people living on Quebec's Lower North Shore? John Batcher is the owner of Seaside Supplies in La Tabatiere. It's a general store, and one of only two that serve this community of 400 people. He shares his perspective.
