Cooking bangers and mash for Nelson Mandela
Putting on a dinner party can be stressful... and imagine how much more stressful it would be if your guests were the chiefs of state of the world's most influential countries. Hilton Little was first hired to cook for Nelson Mandela, has since gone on to serve every president of the Republic of South Africa since. He's currently touring Quebec with the Club des Chefs des Chefs, who are also manage the kitchens of world leaders, to taste what Quebec cuisine has to offer and joined us in studio.
