Presbytery in the Beauce finds a new owner
The town of Saint-Zacharie in the Beauce is home to 1,753 people... and it's getting ready to welcome a new resident who purchased the local presbytery. Vincent Gély, born and raised in Montreal, bought the sprawling 24-room building a few weeks ago. His sister brought the listing to his attention, after it had gone viral online. Now, he's documenting the work he'll be doing himself to make it liveable.
