Row, row, row your boat gently across...the North Atlantic Ocean!
Mylène Paquette starts her morning much like anyone else. Wakes up, pours a bowl of cereal, checks the weather forecast, maybe even updates her blog, then slides into her seat on a 24-foot-boat and keeps rowing, solo, across the Atlantic.
It's been 40 days since Paquette embarked from Halifax, on a journey to Lorient, France. She's posting updates and educational capsules along the way - hoping to draw attention to the importance of the marine ecosystem.
We reached Mylène Paquette, via satellite phone, on her boat.
