Via Rail's do-it-yourself customer service to affect small train stations across Quebec

Via Rail has a series of significant changes in store for its train station employees and for passengers. Starting in October, a number of stations across the province will be unstaffed, as the passenger service moves to more automation in its reservation and information service.

Mylène Bélanger is communications spokesperson for Via Rail, and she joined us this morning to explain.
