Settling insurance claims from the Ice Storm - 14 years later

Fourteen years after the ice storm created the famous triangle of darkness, the first class action lawsuits against insurance companies have been settled out of court. But not all of them: four insurance companies have agreed to pay out $12.5 million. But there are still 15 other insurers who have yet to agree upon any settlement.
