Newly-elected MNAs concerned about destroyed files

Newly-elected MNAs know they have to start from scratch when they take office for the first time. But Léo Bureau-Blouin wasn't happy when he walked into his constituency office for the first time to find all the files were gone. We spoke to him and Eric Caire, the MNA for the riding of La Peltrie, about what impact this has.
