Third largest tall-ship the Kruzenshtern in Quebec City

If you've taken a walk down by the port in Quebec City in the past few days, you may have noticed  a massive, four-masted tall-ship. The Russian vessel the Kruzenshtern is the third largest tall-ship in the world. These days, the vessel is used as a teaching vessel for cadets who aspire to be seamen. CBC's Marika Wheeler had a chance to climb aboard, and learn the story of the  Kruzenshtern.
