Potential impact of Loi 78
The legislation currently being debated by MNA's contains measures designed to impede student associations from proceeding with measures that would disrupt the normal routine of teaching on campuses in the province. But there also provisions that target professional unions who are found to be participating in or condoning those activities, which would include professors.
