Fewer baby belugas in the St. Lawrence?

beluga_2.jpgBelugas in the Saint Lawrence are closely monitored by researchers to ensure the endangered species is protected. Normally, research teams spot up to two baby belugas every day between Riviere-du-Loup and Les Escoumins. But this summer, the marine mammal research group only spotted two baby belugas total - all summer long. President of the research group, Robert Michaud explains.
