Explosive revelations in anti-collusion report: Radio-Canada
Radio-Canada has obtained a special report on collusion in the construction industry which was authored by former Montreal police chief Jacques Duchesneau. It suggests that a small but powerful group of engineering consulting firms are knee-deep in collusion in the awarding of major roadwork contracts. Susan speaks with Pierre Moreau, Quebec's Minister of Transport. She also speaks with Maud Cohen, President of Quebec's Order of Engineers.
Susan speaks to Quebec Solidaire leader Amir Khadir, who was one of the people behind the push to create an anti-collusion squad a year and a half ago.
