Roy Romanow reflects on federal-provincial relationship on health

With health care emerging, yet again, as an important issue for Canadians in this election, we take a step back to look at what power the federal government has to make a difference. For some answers we check in with Roy Romanow. He is the former premier of Saskatchewn and the author of a Royal Commission on Health Care released almost a decade ago.
