TUESDAY: With a new school year launching today, we'll have a Q debate over same-sex schooling. Experts Dr. Mary Ladky and Dr. Lise Eliot will make the pro- and con- arguments. Veteran actor Victor Garber on his career, which includes Broadway, movies (Titantic, Ben Affleck's forthcoming Argo), and TV roles from Alias to Damages and Glee. Author and newest Dragon's Den judge David Chilton, who made his name offering common-sense investment advice to baby boomers in his bestseller The Wealthy Barber.

FRIDAY: Friday live musical guest Matt Mays performs live throughout the show, playing from his new album, Coyote. A look at TIFF's 9.79 doc on disgraced sprinter Ben Johnston. Reflecting on the Quebec election coverage and more, it's the return of Q's media panel, with the Globe and Mail's Margaret Wente, rabble.ca's Judy Rebick, and John Cruickshank, publisher of The Toronto Star.
