Schedule for June 5

As the Q crew prepared for tonight's live taping of Q Luminato (scroll down for information), we bring you three gems from the Best of Q:
  • Filmmaker Jennifer Baichwal and her Manufactured Landscapes collaborator, photographer Edward Burtynsky explore water around the world as compromised natural resource in their new documentary, Watermark. [FULL POST]

  • Grammy-winning American country-rock singer/songwriter Rosanne Cash returns to Q to perform live from her 13th record "The River & The Thread", an album that was partly inspired by trying to restore the childhood home of her father, Johnny Cash, and her ensuing journey through the American south. [FULL POST]

  • We talk to artist Suzanne Heintz about her 14 yearlong photography project Life Once Removed, a series of elaborately staged photographs with her mannequin family. [FULL POST]

TONIGHT: Q LIVE at LUMINATO takes place Thursday, June 5th at Toronto's historic Winter Garden Theatre (189 Yonge St.) from 6:45 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Ticket holders: please be sure to arrive by 6:30.

The show is sold out, but there will be a rush line. Come early to increase your odds.
