Episode 33: Beth Orton, Kenny Rogers and Daniel Romano

In the six years since Beth Orton's last release, the U.K. singer-songwriter has became a mother, got married, and thought hard about leaving music altogether. She spoke to Jian about her collection of folk tunes titled, Sugaring Season.

Plus, country legend Kenny Rogers stopped by Studio Q for a feature chat about his memoir, Luck or Something Like It. It traces his life story, from his humble upbringing in the projects of Houston, to his early success with First Edition and the heights of country stardom in Nashville.

And country-tinged Ontario singer-songwriter Daniel Romano performs live from his album, Beneath the Willow.
