As Zimbabwean leader Robert Mugabe continues to endorse violence against LGBT individuals, using threatening rhetoric in the lead up to yesterday's federal election, gay rights activist and actor Frank Malaba continues to push for gay rights in his country and region.
Born in Zimbabwe, but currently based in South Africa, Malaba is the former host of Radio Today Outspoken -- a groundbreaking LGBT talk show in Africa.

president's word as "gospel" and "hurt people who are different."
