After more than a decade of edgy electro-rock hitmaking, Canadian-American band Metric stopped by Studio Q this summer to perform a few songs from their latest album, Synthetica.

It's a record that showcases an amped-up, synth-filled sound, and lyrically explores ideas of reality versus artifice.
