It's been 40 years since Angela Davis, an icon of the black liberation movement, was acquitted on charges of murder, kidnapping and conspiracy. The young philosophy professor had spent 16-months in prison, and endured one of the most volatile trials of the era, after guns used in bloody shootout were registered in her name. Angela Davis is now the subject of a new documentary, titled "Free Angela Davis and All Political Prisoners".
