Today on Q, guest host Brent Bambury spoke to historian Maureen Ogle about the myths and facts about pink slime, or "lean, finely textured beef," as the industry calls it.
She argues that much of what food activists like Jamie Oliver have been saying about the product is half-truths and propaganda.
