In today's essay, Jian congratulated Greenwood BC for having its tap water named the best tasting water supply in the world at the Berkley Springs International Water Tasting Ceremony. Jian used this as a chance to highlight the "modern insanity" of choosing environmentally dangerous plastic water bottles over our own tap water. It's time to drop the bottle and turn to the tap, he says.
