John Singleton on Q
With the recent Oscar nominations, Spike Lee's comments at the Sundance Film Festival, and the release of George Lucas's new film "Red Tails" (a World War II adventure film featuring an African-American story and cast), there's been a lot of discussion recently about the types of films Hollywood produces about African Americans.
Jian discussed this with the Oscar-nominated filmmaker John Singleton, who has been outspoken as a Black filmmaker in Hollywood.
