In recent days, a "real life superhero" in Seattle named Phoenix Jones was charged with assault after he pepper sprayed a group he thought was involved in a late night brawl. Phoenix Jones is actually part of a growing community of vigilante crime fighters in cities across North America. Today Jian spoke to Michael Barnett - the director behind a documentary called, "Superheroes". What do you think - do we need civilian crime fighters patrolling our city streets?
