In Vancouver, two hookah shop owners have launched a Constitutional challenge against the city bylaw that bans smoking in public places. They say they've switched to a non-tobacco shisha. They also say that hookah smoking is an important part of their culture.
Today on Q, we convened a debate, between Dean Davison, the lawyer for the hookah shop owners, and Pippa Beck of the Non Smokers Rights Association.
