Bob Mould on Q UNCUT
Today, guest host Stephen Quinn talked to rock musician Bob Mould. As a member of the legendary Minneapolis band Hüsker Dü, and with Sugar and solo, Bob Mould has been one of alternative rock's most influential figures and he's now telling his story in his autobiography See a Little Light: The Trail of Rage and Melody.
In their frank discussion, Bob Mould reflected on the painful break-up of Hüsker Dü, his struggles with sexual identity and his alcoholic father. In this uncut version of the interview, you can also hear Bob reflecting on his detour into the world of professional writing, how a pull quote marred his public coming out, and his impact on The Daily Show.
