With the new parliamentary session, there have been calls to improve decorum in the House of Commons. The NDP has even promised to stop heckling altogether.
Today, Jian spoke to Sheila Copps, the former Liberal MP and Deputy Prime Minister. She argued that heckling, or hectoring, can't be eliminated, and probably shouldn't either.
