From roles in the movies Best in Show and The 40 Year Old Virgin, she's parlayed her specialty -- sharp-tongued, domineering yet oblivious characters -- into mainstream success. She recently won both an Emmy and a Golden Globe for her work playing the caustic cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester on Glee.
